My operating hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with my last call at 4 p.m. Monday to Friday and can offer an hour or 2 hour time slot for most appointments.

All of my repairs are guaranteed and completed at your home. The labour charge is a fixed cost of £50 inclusive of VAT PLUS the cost of any parts. Should I need to return with a part, you still only pay one labour charge unlike many other companies and large Manufacturers who charge at least twice this cost. I get greater satisfaction from repairing the part where possible rather than looking for the quick fix and replacing it.

My aim is to get to you the same day or next day and I will make every effort to fit in with your needs.
